If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS
We make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
The accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal. We do not currently accept cashier's checks, money orders or any other forms of payment.
* Please note that: Your credit card may be charged immediately upon checkout. Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out to avoid shipping errors. If you address is listed incorrectly it will alter your shipment date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you'd like to return or exchange an online order,please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Returned items need to be unused and returned in their original packaging. You can return items up to 14 days after you received your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable and stocking charge may apply.
