SMELLED MOLD/MILDEW ODOR BAD!

DISAPPOINTED!!! was looking forward to wig head to make wigs but soon as i opened it a BAD SMELL & ODOR came from it! Smelled like old wet rotten wood. I thought maybe airing out for few days would fix smell. No!, STILL THERE! So desperately want to keep it bcuz its made sturdy & LOOKS NICE but THAT ODOR! So i tried washing it, ALTHOUGH instrustions said dont. I washed it, and scrubbed with new sponge with orange antibacterial ajax dish liquid,poured baking soda on it too,poured fabuloso on it, and rinsed with hot plain water. Then towel dried , blow dried, and let air dry& sprayed febreez& perfume. THEN SMELLED like perfume masked over old musty, mildew, mold. Determined Me! Now today again i wash for 2nd TIME with a sink of water with clorox,laundry detergent, fabric softner,then rinsed, and poured fabuloso directly all over it, RINSED last time with plain water , now its outside with fresh air drying HOPING this can help! Which i think the smell is in that CORKING its deeply stuck in it like a STINCH. next will have to RETURN OR TRASH SADLY! NOW, Looking for a wig head that DONT SMELL AT ALL! & STURDY MADE! Dam! Why that seems like too much to ask from these WIG COMPANIES!and these companies are being RECCOMENDED by these ppl making these YOUTUBE HAIR VIDEOS! BE CAREFUL what they reccommend bcuz its NOT ALWAYS GOOD or BEST PRODUCTS!

Ordering from GEX was just a waste of my valuable time and $141.98.

I had a dreadful experience ordering from this company.

I ordered a GEX Cork Canvas Block Head and Mannequin Head Tripod Combo on the 4th of January, 2023, and they sent my order separately.

I received the block head on the 11th of January, 2023 and the tripod on the 16th of January, 2023.

The dummy head smells awful, and the odour is transferable to wigs.

Also, I ordered a silver tripod stand, and GEX sent me a used pink tripod stand with a torn and dirty tripod bag.

I emailed them the same day I received the tripod stand, saying I did not want the pink one and wanted a silver one as ordered.

I was not bothered by the torn, dirty tripod bag or the stinking blockhead they sent. I did not want a pink tripod.

Two days later, on the 18th of January, 2023, they replied to my email asking if I could accept a $10 refund and keep the pink stand. And they will send me a new package of a new carrying bag.

I replied to the email the same day, declining the offer because I just wanted a silver stand as I do not like pink things, and I did not get a response.

I sent a follow-up email on the 25th of January, 2023 and am still waiting to hear back from them.

Ordering from GEX was just a waste of my valuable time and $141.98.

As a result of my ordeal with GEX, I do not recommend buying anything from this company.
