Shipping

  • We ship from Florida US via USPS,UPS or FEDEX.Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the US at this time.

Shipping Information

  • Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours,to arrive within 3-14 business days from receipt of your order.For an additional charge,we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-3 business days.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days to process,and pack your order.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only.Business days are Monday-Friday,excluding public holidays.
  • You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery.Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

International Shipping

We are located in US Florida;we ship to most areas in US.Also we ship to foreign countries,please feel free to contact us for international shipping information.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse,we will update tracking number,you could track your package online.

How do I change my order?

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.If you have a question about your order,please contact us at info@gexworldwide.com and include your order number in the subject of the email and we will assist you the best way we can.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return a product,please contact Customer Care at info@gexworldwide.com to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an online order,please contact Customer Care at info@gexworldwide.com to obtain a return authorization,and receive further instructions:

Returned items need to be unused and returned in their original packaging.You can return items up to 14 days after you received your order.Shipping charges are not usually refundable and stocking charge may apply.

Remember,we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Payments

The accepted methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal.  We do not currently accept cashier's checks, money orders or any other forms of payment.

Please note that:

  • Your credit card may be charged immediately upon checkout.
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out to avoid shipping errors.If you address is listed incorrectly it will alter your shipment date.
